Data Management System

A colleague was drowning. Piles of paper, no system, no way to see the full picture of her students at a glance. I built her one.

This automated data management system lives in Google Sheets. Add your students and their IEP goals, and the system builds out individual tabs for each child, tracking academic and behavior data across time and generating a clean, shareable report ready for a family meeting or an IEP table. What started as a solution for one teacher became a confidence builder for her entire team of instructional supports. The teacher went from overwhelmed to organized. Her team followed.

The system is fully developed, documented, and scalable. A single school could use it tomorrow. So could a district.
